SMM Manager

We're seeking an experienced SMM Manager to lead our social media strategies, build brand awareness, and drive engagement across all platforms.

The Clicks Full-Service Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a talented SMM Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our clients' online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for social media, a deep understanding of current trends, and experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients.

• Define the most important social media KPIs.

• Manage and oversee social media content creation and posting.

• Measure the success of every social media campaign.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams.

• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.

• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
