Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Monitor and report on project progress to clients and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for additional services and upsell where appropriate.
Resolve any issues that arise during the client lifecycle.
Maintain comprehensive client records and manage communication history.
Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Client Service Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
